Have tested in Version 23.0.1271.95 of Chrome and all went well ( see screen shot attached).
Am I correct assuming that the issue appears when you hover the mouse of the menu with "B", "I" and etc.? Which version of Chrome are you using?
Can you also test in other browsers?
