DeFender basically flagged content will be displayed if you log in as admin and visit your dashboard. Section you need to look for is called "Moderation Panel".

Actually photos uploaded via "Photo" plugin doesn't have titles. Whatever user enters in "Description" field when adding an image becomes the title.
Even if user doesn't add description and the image gets flagged it will be displayed under yoursite.com/base/flags/index/type/photo/ ( you need to be loged in as admin). Instead of description this kind of image will have a numeric value.
