Does anyone here have experience with CloudLinux? I'm trying to decide if it's worth a try. I know that it's designed to be a more secure version of CentOS, and that's why I'm interested in it. But is it worth the time and effort?

CloudLinux is definitely worth a try. It is a unique solution that isolates every user account from each other, so they can't interfere with each other's files. This means higher uptime for user accounts, as well as more security against attacks and viruses that could affect multiple users at once. The website here has more information about how it works and its many advantages
