Before you change the QB EFTPS password, you need to complete the requirements demanded. And one of them is to keep your payroll tax tables updated. If it isn’t here is how you can do that quickly.
Navigate to “Employees Tab” and then click on “Get Payroll Updates.”
Then make sure that you tick mark “Download Entire Update” and then select “Download Latest Updates.”
Finally, you will have to restart the Quickbooks software and just follow the on-screen instructions.
