Toggle Mail Settings:

Restart QuickBooks and see if the error persists.


Add Email Account to Outlook:

If you haven't already, add your email account to Microsoft Outlook.

Ensure the account settings are correct and functional.

Restart QuickBooks and check if the error persists.


Create a New Outlook Mail Profile:

Open Control Panel > User Accounts > Mail (32-bit).

Create a new mail profile, configure your email account, and set it as default.

Restart QuickBooks and try again.


Set Microsoft Outlook as Default Mail App:

Go to Windows Settings > Apps > Default Apps > Choose default apps by file type.
