Update QuickBooks:
Make sure you are using the latest version of QuickBooks.
Go to the "Help" menu and choose "Update QuickBooks Desktop."
Install QuickBooks Database Server Manager on the Server:
On the computer where the company file is stored, install the QuickBooks Database Server Manager.
If it's already installed, repair it using the QuickBooks installation process.
Restart QuickBooks Database Server Manager:
Press "Ctrl + Shift + Esc" to open the Task Manager.
Go to the "Processes" tab and look for processes related to QuickBooks Database Server Manager (QBDBMgr.exe).
End these processes and restart QuickBooks Database Server Manager.
