The QuickBooks error code H202 can be fixed by restarting the QuickBooks Database Server Manager. Here's how to go about it:

• Open the Run window and typethe text services.msc, and hit OK.

• Next, select QuickBooksDB19 (2009), QuickBooksDB18 (2008), or QuickBooksDB17 (2007) and hit the Stop button.

• Then right click on the Start button and shut the window.

• Next, list the extensions for popular file types.

• Click right on the Windows Start button and go to Explore > Tools > Folderoptions.

• Now, clear the box named Hide extensions for known file typesby tapping the View tab.

• Once again, select theShow hidden files and foldersoption from the View menu, then this time uncheck the box next to Hide protected operating system files.

• In the window that appears, select Yes, then hit OK.

• Finally, shut down Windows Explorer.
