is there any possibility to show a message on newsfeed when a user changes just one profile field? I mean instead of "(User) edit their profile details" maybe "(User) changed 'looking for' to 'Men'".

Here is an example of what i mean:

- User changed his relationship status (simple radiobutton) into 'single'

- Message on the newsfeed:

   "User is now single"
