If you are facing login issues with QuickBooks Online on Google Chrome, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to fix the problem:

Clear Chrome's cache and cookies: Sometimes, accumulated cache and cookies can cause issues with websites, including QuickBooks Online. To clear Chrome's cache and cookies, go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data. Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" options, and then click on "Clear data".

Update Google Chrome: Make sure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome, as older versions may have compatibility issues with QuickBooks Online. To update Chrome, go to Settings > About Chrome, and if an update is available, Chrome will automatically download and install it.

Disable browser extensions: Browser extensions or add-ons can sometimes interfere with the functioning of QuickBooks Online. Disable any extensions that you have installed in Chrome and try logging in again.

Disable pop-up blockers: QuickBooks Online uses pop-up windows for certain features, such as password resets and multi-factor authentication. Make sure that pop-up blockers are disabled for the QuickBooks Online website to allow these windows to open.

Try Incognito mode: Sometimes, browser extensions or cache issues may not be present in Chrome's Incognito mode. Try opening QuickBooks Online in Incognito mode by pressing Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Command+Shift+N (Mac) and see if you can log in successfully.

Reset Chrome settings: If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting Chrome settings to their default values. Go to Settings > Advanced > Reset and clean up > Restore settings to their original defaults. Click on "Reset settings" and confirm.

Try a different browser: If the issue persists, you can try accessing QuickBooks Online using a different web browser, such as Firefox or Safari, to see if the issue is specific to Chrome.

Greetings,
Peter
