For Single-user Mode:
Create a folder where you want to place the company file.

For Muilti-user mode:
First, move to the location: Windows >> Programs >> QuickBooks >> QuickBooks Database Server Manager.
Then, click on scan folders option, and hit Add a new folder to add the folder manually.
After that, click Scan and close the file when the scan completes.
