Hi everyone, I've been feeling really upset about my weight lately. I've been exercising for a few months now, but I'm not seeing the results I was hoping for. It's very frustrating and I don't know what else to do.

I've tried changing my diet and going to the gym, but nothing seems to help. I just can't seem to lose the weight. I know I need to do something to get healthier, but I feel stuck.

Can anyone give me any advice? I'm open to any suggestions at this point.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling frustrated with your weight loss journey. If you've tried diet and exercise without success, it might be worth considering Tonic Weight Loss gastric sleeve surgery. It is a UK-based clinic that offers a range of surgical weight loss procedures, and they may be able to provide you with more information on whether this is a good option for you. It's important to remember that surgery is not a quick fix, but it can be a helpful tool for some people in achieving their weight loss goals.
