I'm new to this script and not entirely sure if it vulnerable to attacks. What are some good prevention that can be done for better security? thank you.

Oxwall generally strips off java scripts in the user given content, so its safe with sql injection and script based attacks.

sdfdsfsd, I recommend installing anti-spam plugin. If you are not expecting your site users to enter javascript content, you can turn it off entirely.
