I cant figure out how to add more forums to oxwall

anyone knows how is it done?

Login as admin

Goto Forum front page

Select 'Customise this page'

Add new forum Section

Click 'Finish Customizing'

Your done!

I have logged in as Admin. Under Forum front page --> Customize this page, I don't see "add new forum Section". Is there a permission issue I need to correct ? Thanks
