hello , is it possible to transfer all my datas ( members etc ) from my elgg site to oxwall ??

Possible. But not 100% as user passwords can not be decrypted again from ELGG.

Not directly. Might need custom changes.

Ganesh, it is possible but requires custom code modifications.
