Moving subdomain to main domain | Forum

Dear all,

How can I move my website from umaytell.com/connect to the main domain which is umaytell.com. I have more then 1200 users so I dont want to loose them. I have downloded the back up folder from softaculous now how to restore it to public.html folder. Please suggest

Move the files from sub-directory to the main directory.

Edit the config.php to point to the correct url name.

Thanks very much.. I will try today .. for the time I redirect from umaytell.com to umaytell.com/connect .. Its easy ..hee heee hee
