How harmful is vaping, provided you never get addicted, only do it once a week and never progress to tobacco?

There's not really data on this frequency or dose, but nicotine and inhaling vaporized smoke does not appear to be healthy. How unhealthy is it, I can't say.

Well, even though this thread is from a year ago, it's still relevant to talk about the potential risks of vaping. While limiting your usage and avoiding addiction might seem like a good approach, it's important to understand that vaping isn't entirely risk-free, my friend.
If you're interested in diving deeper into the topic and getting some solid information, I recommend checking out this ultimate guide to XMAX vaporizers. It's all about unleashing the power of your vaping experience, and it's a valuable read. Vaping nicotine, even in moderation, still carries potential health risks. It's not just about addiction; there are other factors to consider, such as possible lung irritation and the long-term effects that are still being studied.
