Hi everyone

We are just about to start trying to purchase our first real estate. We'll both be first-time buyers. I want us to contact a broker because I saw that judging my partner would cause a headache, and I hope that we will find someone professional who can help.
Has anyone been in a similar situation with getting a mortgage when a conviction is unspent? I will have another look at unlock.org but would appreciate feedback from those who have been through it and in relation to online offenders.

Congratulations on taking a trip to your first home! How exciting for both of you! I am not in a similar situation, so I doubt that I can help in any way, but my partner and I have always used the services of a broker.

I stumbled upon this thread from two years ago and wanted to offer some advice as you embark on your journey to get your first property. It's great to see your proactive approach in seeking a professional broker to help navigate any potential challenges related to your partner's unspent conviction. By the way, have you considered reaching out to https://www.decosta.group/ ? They're a reputable agency that specializes in real estate and may be able to provide additional assistance and support during your property-buying journey. Exploring different resources and agencies can help you make informed decisions.
