Are you able to import this lang file? Be sure that you have DEV_MODE and DEBUG_MODE disabled in your ow_includes/config.php file.

When i import it say: admin+add_language_pack_empty_file_error_message
But this file is not empty it has 40kb

My WinRAR unzipper says "empty or damage" too. Its broken archive. And if you open this file with text editor, you will see html-format text.

This problem is connected to some of out buffer settings in php. Our dev team search solution. I will get back when we found something :)

Open file in text editor. Change extension of file to .html or .txt & open in notepad. You will see html-code of admin panel of your site. )
