Just a quick question maybe someone here can speak to. I picked up a used iphone which was / is a Bell phone. The person I got it off of just needed to upgrade to something larger and the IMEI checks out as being clean. Question now is since fees for unlocking have been done away with does anyone know how that process works and how does it extend to non Bell customers or people who buy things second hand? Everything I've read is strictly in relation to current or former customers of which I'm not so it begs the question what happens with those that want the phone unlocked but have never been a customer of said carrier here https://esndoctor.com? In this case I'm asking about Bell but that question could be posed to all carriers as the secondary market for cell phones is rather large. Thanks for your input.
