TheEhsaas emergency cash program is a social welfare initiative launched by the Government of Pakistan to provide financial assistance to vulnerable individuals and families during times of crises or emergencies. It aims to provide immediate relief and support to those facing economic hardships.

The program was introduced in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, targeting low-income households affected by the economic consequences of the pandemic and subsequent lockdown measures. Under the program, eligible individuals and families receive a one-time cash grant to help them meet their basic needs and cope with the financial challenges posed by the pandemic.
