I have just installed Oxwall on my local Computer. The installation fully meets the requirements. After installation Oxwall looks like the picture I included with this post.
Do you have any tips for me?

is it possible that you work with a domain that not correct resolved local requests ?
look in your server logs, there must be information about mistakes for each http-request.
- windows webserver ?
- linux webserver ?
- which webserver programm you use (XAMPP / LAMPP / NINGX / etc.) ?

I had the same problem and I did everything the only thing that worked was uninstall server and database and redo...
