Yes i know that.But I need page with blog entry form.I didn`t find something like that or i missing something?

You mean a new page, with just the new blog addition form and other content? If so, you have to do custom modifications.

CAn be done via a plugin instead of hard coding. You can get the code from blog/controller/ and replicate the code.

Need to do custom changes. There are no existing plugins for this.
