have your plugin and the multicheckout plugin - have 2 errors

paypal checkout

with my business account it says: The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details.

with my personal account it says: I need a business account lol

figured it out you have to accept unencrypted payment in your pay-pal options
