Hi Oxwall Forum, I've a site with oxwall but my host always runs out of resources, more specific high cpu usage. I am using a VPS but Oxwall takes too much resources... someone else has this happened with oxwall? may be due to excessive CPU usage if no members still active in my network? Thanks for replies

You might be using any plugin that might have caused this. De active the plugins one by one, and see if the issue is solved.

I have active the default Oxwall plugins. Is there any way to know which plugin is causing this? Thanks

we had the same issue, we pulled our site apart and we never solved it, we removed every plug in, we tried every thing and i mean everything, server side as well the site, and nothing worked, constant vm and cpu spikes, we have now moved to a different sever and use vps, we hope this solves the problem for us

Thanks for the reply! Hopefully Oxwall optimize the script in a great way fso this does not happen anymore! Has anyone been able to resolve this? Is there any way to clean out Oxwall to use less cpu? We really tried everything, paid a VPS, we maximize cache using cloud, but nothing has yielded results... It's quite annoying!

I have the same problem, no host has been able to maintain my Oxwall project, and yet I have not even registered any member in my community. The plugins are disabled and I'm desperate, oxwall uses too much cpu! :(

I think to be honest oxwall needs to look at their scripts as this is not just happening to one or two but several people!!!

You can try to figure out what is causing these resource usage spikes but that doesn't seem to be working for others facing similar problems, I'd suggest you switch to a provider that offers CPU intensive cloud services to have ample resources for your project. I would recommend ACE cloud hosting, I haven't faced any problems while using their services so far.
