Solution 1: Verify Hosting Settings on All Computers:

Open QuickBooks on all computers in your network.

Go to "File" > "Utilities" and ensure that "Host Multi-User Access" is not enabled on any computer other than the server.

If hosting is enabled on any workstation, turn it off.

Solution 2: Check QuickBooksDBXX Service:

Press Win + R, type "services.msc," and hit Enter.

Locate the QuickBooksDBXX service (where "XX" represents the version year).

Right-click on the service, select "Restart," and wait for the process to complete.
