This happen due to the server's time. Check this topic please. We plan to implement timezone system for all plugins in next updates.
Gifts with credit system will be released soon. It will be possible for admin to setp prices in credits for every gift. User will be able to earn credits on the site and spent it for gifts.
Regarding notifications, there are no such functionality yet.
