fbconnect error , what to check ? | Forum

Hi:

I have a brand new oxwall 1.0.3 with fbconnect 3060 installation,
but after the facebook permission, oxwall keeps saying
"Seems there are some problems with connection to Facebook. Please, try again later."

I have checked php setting with phpinfo(), and the url_fopen is on,
is there anything else to check?

Hi Riffu
Just joined to your site with fbconnect without any problems. This error means what it says :) It seems that you (your server) had some connection problems with facebook.

OK, now I know there's at least one person who is successed with fbconnect.

so the problem is on client -> my website… not fbconnect itself.

I'll try it more.

could you tell me which browser are you using?
I have used 5 facebook account with every latest browser (chrome 10, firefox 3, ie 8, ie 9) and it still not working :(

I use firefox 3.6. Try it on a different pc.

I'm using oxwall 1.0.3 with fbconnect 3060, but it still does not work, is there anything we have to set on facebook application settings?

I have logged in using fbconnect on my test site today using firefox v5 and all works fine.

I logged into your site using fbconnect with no problems.
