Andrew, link creator and admin can delete links.
Where can I reproduce this issue? What is your site URL?

Hello and thanks to both of you. I too thought admin and creator could delete the links - maybe I am looking in the wrong place. Where should I be able to find the delete link?

I will report back. If I cannot solve it I will send you my URL.

OK. I can find the delete link IF there is a comment on the link or if I can access the original link directly as in http://gocultures.com/link/1 (or whatever the link number is). 
However, if I go to the LINKS TAB and display all of the links, I cannot see any delete or edit links. Also if there is no comment on a link, all I can do is to click on the link - and that just connects me to the site referenced. Of course when there are many links it is not possible to remember the link numbers.

Andrew when you click the links button you will see a list of your links you will then see ''more'' in each link describing the link click on more as in to read more, not the actual link and you can delete them from there

Thank you Dot Spears. Unfortunately, no "more" link appears as you describe. However, I have discovered that if I click on the creation date it takes me to the entry for the link and then I can delete it. Not really transparent but it works I guess (but ordinary users will not know the trick).

Another possibility if you enable multi-site language...and text "MORE" is not translated yet..so
so the text "MORE" invisible...

Within the "view link" page. You will need to click either "more" or date to get to the needed page.

You will not see those options when you look at all links. Edit and Delete is available only within the "view link" page.

Try deactivating and activating "Links" plugin. Let me know if "more" will not appear.

Andrew, I checked your site. Indeed, "more"  is not present within posted links.

If activate-deactivate doesn't help, I suggest switching the theme and checking whether in another theme "more" feature will appear.

Thank you Aliia, I have done as you suggest and tried several (though not all) themes and it makes no difference. Interesting... Probably nothing you can do. I may try a new installation and see what happens.

Hello I am using version 1.4.0. and I can't see a way to delete links either any help appreciate thanks. 

Ok I have sussed out how to delete links but some can't be deleted or so it seems.

I have the same problem.
I have created several links.  Some can be removed, some can't.

One difference I noted is that when the Text description of the link is long, the "More" button appears, and you'll be able to remove the link.
When the description is short, the "More" button does not appear, therefore unable to remove link.

This seems to be a bug.

Woohoo... I have spent a couple of hours trying to sort out why I couldn't delete/edit the links... :D

The reason a 'more' button doesn't appear is because the description is not long enough... once it using the word wrap it appears... :D
