Littlemill whisky was originally made in Campbeltown, Scotland. The distillery was founded in 1872 by William Mitchell and Robert Graham. It operated until 1983 when it closed due to falling sales and rising costs of production.
In 1999, a group of investors bought the rights to use the name “Littlemill” along with some casks left behind by its previous owners, who had moved all their equipment elsewhere. They then began making whisky again at a new location in Highland (near Inverness).
Where can I buy Littlemill whisky in the UK?If you are looking to buy Littlemill whisky in the UK, you will have several options. The first is to purchase it online. There are plenty of websites that sell this product, but not all of them do so legally and ethically. You need to be careful when buying from an unknown source because they may be selling fake or counterfeit products instead of real ones.
Another option is visiting a specialist store (such as The Whisky Exchange) where they will have both old and young versions available for sale at retail prices that are often lower than those charged by other outlets such as supermarkets or department stores – especially if you buy more than one bottle!
