I am using the minimalistic theme for my site. However, the blog, photos and groups have errors. Can someone please help?

Whenever I try to create a blog, upload a photo and start a new group, it gives me the error message you see in the screenshot. Additionally, when I send an email confirmation for sign up, it doesn't send the email.
Please let me know if this helps. Really need your help! Thanks!

Bayview Church, have you enabled DEBUG mode as instructed at http://www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/4661 ?
After it is enabled, go to blogs or groups page and see what error shows up there.
