Site water mark or users? Or maybe both? 

Site watermark would be great.

Image watermark would be good. 

I already have a plugin which applies watermark to the photos plugin. But I wanted to have a improved version where when you change the watermark image or text, it gets changed across all images.

A user personally tried on his site and gave me this feedback during my development. some other users felt that they don't need that changing watermark feature.

I did not have that completed and not in store.

Sure. I can have the version which just adds the watermark directly to hte picture.

That would be just fine for my need.

If i remember we were having a problem with size or something. I too would be interested in giving it another shot but i dont think i saved the file :(
