I unable to remove that text, but replaced with some text. Even the unsubscription link exists for the replaced text in the email

Surendra, after digging into this I have found another place where this needs to be removed.
Check notificaiton_txt.html and notificaiton_htmt.html ( ow_plugins/notifications/views/controllers).
Please note that editing source code is custom code modification, and you are doing it at your own risk. All changes done in .html files will be erased if you update the software. You will have to re-do them every time you update the software.
