Activating The Newsfeed Widget on Profile Page
The Scenario:
-User A Post a news into B`s NewsFeed (on Profile page).
-UserB want to delete/hide The User A`s News Post from B`s Newsfeed (on profile page)
Where i can find the setting so User B can delete A post as the scenario above..?
On Permissions Role I only found 2 options of Newsfeed: Allow comments and Allow status updates

on the wall system when A posted the item in B profile wall...(B can delete the item that posted by A..But on the newsfed system cant....

Raden, easiest way is to make B user a moderator.
Go to admin panel>>privacy&permissions>>moderators>>add a new moderator>>check only "Newsfeed" checkbox.
This way user B will be able to delete any newsfeed item sitewide.
Unfortunately, I can not tell which files you will need to modify to make things work exactly as you wish, since this is complex custom code modification.
I would have started with checking user_feed_widget.php (/ow_plugins/newsfeed/components/).
Go to admin panel>>privacy&permissions>>moderators>>add a new moderator>>check only "Newsfeed" checkbox.
This way user B will be able to delete any newsfeed item sitewide.
