I've purchased several plugins for my site and every time I try to instal one it gives me a generic 500 error, i tried both automatic and manual instal but nothing, both give me an error , my site is animekida.com/members please help.

Teresita, install one of the plugins to get 500 error.
Then follow instruction given at http://www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/4661 ; to find out what the real error is.
My best guest would be that plugins you are trying to install are just not updated to work with your version of Oxwall.
