The QuickBooks Database Server Manager serves as a tool for users to set up the server for multi-user access. This utility generates a network data file (.ND) for the company file on the host computer. It's also known as Intuit's dedicated database manager tool. Without this tool, accessing the multi-user mode isn't possible for the user.

If you are stuck while applying the fixing methods given above you can contact our customer support team. Our QuickBooks enterprise supportteam will assist you immediately.
