Hi, i will add the code from: http://www.civicuk.com/cookie-law/index - But, this doesn't not work. I add the script code on Main Settings > Page Settings. What can i do now?

Bas, this is custom code modification. Unfortunately I can not help you with this.
But in my understanding you need to upload the .js file to your server and add the code into the .html files of your theme's master pages.

Bas, since this is custom code modification that involves using third party code I can not really help.
My best guess would be to add the .html code into general.html and dndindex.html files of ow_themes/your-active-theme's-name-here/ .
Again, better contacting Civicuk to find out where exactly the code needs to be inserted and where .js file should be uploaded.
