I have 14 albums on my profile and when I want to add new photos to an existing album the drop down box will only show 10 photo albums
This is only an issue with the drop down selection box while adding new photos

Does anyone know where I can change the code so that the photo drop down menu will show more than 10 of the current photo albums?

Bradford, you mean when you are editing photos?
If yes, this is custom code modification. I suggest looking into user_photo_albums_widget.php ( ow_plugins/photo/components).
