Solution 1: Use QuickBooks File Doctor

Download and Install QuickBooks File Doctor:

Download and install the QuickBooks File Doctor tool.

Run QuickBooks File Doctor:

Open the QuickBooks Tools Hub.

In the "Company File" Issues tab, click on "Run QuickBooks File Doctor."

Browse and select your company file.

Click on "Check your file" and then "Continue."

Follow File Doctor Prompts:

Follow the prompts to let the tool diagnose and repair issues.
