Admin can't creat group as administrator. Only for Free members Groups creating function set off.

change the role on admin profile as admin
go to admin profile ---
click change role ---
tick only admin ---
save ---
------ done -----

Gintautas, first check which role your admin has.
Most likely he is assigned to "Free" role.

I can't change the role on admin profile as admin, because don't have permissions (any options for change role for admin in "My profile ") (Untitled_1.jpg).
Also I can't change general default role (Untitled_2.jpg) and delete Free role as default for simple users (Untitled_3.jpg).
