We're using Jira Service Desk (cloud) and would like to start using an asset management system (for our hardware) in the Jira Cloud as well. The app "Insight" seems to be a good choice, but we really need an integration to our SCCM so that we can fetch all the appropriate data (primary user, RAM, Model etc.). Is this possible?

Integrating SCCM to fetch that sweet hardware data sounds like a game-changer, doesn't it? While I'm not 100% sure about the direct SCCM integration with Insight, there's a treasure trove of knowledge in the leran sccm community. They've got wizards who've tackled all sorts of integrations; maybe someone there can share some insights.
