Hello fellow landscapers,
As my Landscaping Company grows, I'm exploring CRM software and site
mapping tools to streamline client interactions, estimate jobs, and
handle various other tasks more efficiently.
Currently, I'm evaluating a few CRMs, keeping in mind that the larger,
more complex ones are not yet a feasible investment for my business
scale. My top contenders are Jobber, Service Autopilot, and LawnPro.
Integration with QuickBooks, which I use for accounting, is essential
for me. I'm also considering investing in the highest tier plans to
leverage the most comprehensive features offered.
While these tools seem comparable on the surface, I've come across mixed
feedback regarding customer support, quality, and technical issues like
bugs or connectivity problems.
I'd greatly appreciate any insights or experiences you've had with these systems.
Additionally, I'm contemplating using Deep Lawn or Site Recon as supplemental tools. Thoughts on these would also be welcome.
Thanks in advance for your help!
