Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred: ""The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.
For assistance, contact your network support team.

Ok, i been trying to solve this for about 1 week.
I contacted my web hosting and the plugin developer.. it's not going anywhere.. i have never faced this with any plugin..

It's just happening to the IP Tacker and Membership Levels Plugin.

I added the belowmentioned value in .htaccess

php_value max_execution_time 600

It worked, but then again i faced the same problem
I did the same thing again in .htaccess
I just increased the value to 800
It worked, then yet again i faced the same issue..

I don't know why only this 2 plugins when i activate them they slow my site.

and only main page and profile page stops opening, the rest pages works well..

My web hosting said i have to change the value according to my requirement..

Any suggestions? what do you think i should do? and what's the best value?

As I already mentioned and you agreed, its related to server configuration.

Hosts does not allow in general to change these PHP configurations in a shared hosting environment. You can change those values only if you are in VPS or dedicated system. Although you add those values to .htaccess, it won't make any effect.

As I said before and explained with screenshots, your server is having low capacity with less resources. Even without any much activity your CPU shows 66%.

Did you confirmed whether you can change the value?

It's not about the CPU. i already talked to my web host about this.

They gave me new empty server with a higher storage and all that..

I tried a demo there and i got the same issue..

Yes, i did confirm They said i have to Change the value according to your requirement..

They told me to ask the plugin developer what is the value required ...

Plugin does not require any such things on its own.

High storage does not mean good performance. I am sure its all about CPU.

Did you asked whats the server limit for timeout and memory? You can not have any value more than that. If you do, it will be ignored.

I Had to disable this 2 plugins again till i find a solution.

Small Server but He run a lot of subdomain. Every subdomain run with a hard software..

I only run one subdomain and not a lot..

If server resources are limited, even without sub-domain, its going to be slow.

How can i save a backup for my website?

in case anything happens when i move to the new server..

How can i backup anyone can help?

I might buy a new domain too instead of a subdomain i'm using..

So can anyone tell me how to backup?

Cpanel has an option to do full backup of files and database (if you don't want to use any plugin)

You can also use "Data Exporter" plugin to export all data.
