I use Oxwall since 3 weeks on Amen's server.
In beginning, all it is ok. Loading quickly, ...
But, after install few Plugin, i m see my Time loading increase. I think it is my connection, but today, 3 users report me the same problem ...
My server it s okay for PHP and Sql, i use 1.5 version
Also, can you say me, if i must control a folder for erase cache or not for exemple
(I m sorry for my english :-/ )

Are you using any anti-spammer plugin?
Try to deactive the plugins once by one and see if it helps. It wll help to identify which one is problem.

Yes, i use watch dog, and it s maybe it, because it s better since last night

Cache should not have caused slow down, giving that you didn't do a lot of modifications.
