Are there any custom javascripts added to those particular profile pages?

Theres is one hidden in the "Available Widgets"
In the active page there are only one iframe
and youtube´s videos iframes.

Do you suggest me delete this user and recreate it again?

Is there a way from somewhere else to disable the page while I fix it?
But the problem is that I doné know nothin about PHP

Purusothaman is right. If you can't move widgets when you are customizing  only SOME profile pages, then this means that the user had added custom javascript or html code which is conflicting with the core script.

Community memebers who have previously faced this issue, have solved it by changing the theme, and then trying to customize the pages again ( if this works, just delete custom widgets added by your site users). Once you are done, you can change back to the previous theme.

The Video widget did move to the left and I can´t move it to the right column.

Your site users are given the right to customize "My Profile" page, and most likely they moved those blocks.

If you don't wish your site users to customize their profiles as they wish and add custom widgets, disable this feature in admin panel>>pages&menus>>user profile page>>at the bottom of the page uncheck "Allow users to customize this page".

I´v tried with change themes without and nothing happened.

the admin and "the user account" are mine.

And I rememeber that in both cases I did insert an html code that was a simple table.

The user account dont have a importance, because I can make it again, and delete the old one. But the other one was in de Main Page. And deleted the right bar that was visible in he entire web site.

All the elements gone to the bottomo of the main page.

and their boxes don´t open. I traied changing themes. Is there another way?

Ulises you can delete custom widgets via the database.

What is needed: Debug tool, access to the database, some time and patience.

Situation: you have added a custom widget to your main page. Widget's name is "Example". This widget contained some kind of code which broke your whole site and you can not remove it using the "settings" button since it is not clickable anymore What to do?

1. Open your main page. Enable your Debug tool. I use Firebug. Find the ID your widget.
In my case it isadmin-5147f83415095. Copy this ID.



2. Go to your database>>ow_base_component_position  table >>click "search">>paste copied  ID as shown in the screen shot bellow>>click "Go"



3. Delete found entry.

4. Go to ow_base_component_place_cache table.
Select everything you have within this table and delete.

5. Go to your main page, refresh it. "Example" widget should not be there anymore.
