Giuseppe, go to your admin panel>>settings>>languages>> select "English" lang. first.
Find the phrase for the needed email template>>copy the variable used there.
Then select "Italian" lang.>>find needed phrase>> make sure that it contains variables used in english lang ( variables come within { variablehere})
