The option in the profile edit about uploading avatar etc. is all gone. How can I get it back? When I try to add a question none of the question types is even close.

Steve, can you confirm that my understanding of your issue is correct:
When you go to "My Profile" page and hover the mouse over your avatar you are not getting "Change avatar" button?

It is there but I thought it was also supposed to show up in profile edit. Pardon the ring...
