Is there a way I can use a URL with parameters to invite a user to the site?

or other method that will produce the same result

My scenario is the following:

The user registers ( gives an emails ) in ANOTHER site and he or she receives the invitation from oxwall WITHOUT me going in the admin area and invite manually
