Hi,

Lately, we have been experiencing problem accessing our website. We would be in the middle of something and the page will refuse to load and than we are asked to install the website again.

Attached is a screenshot of the page which comes up instead of the homepage.

After a while, it will all be fine and the website will become accessible again. But it is causing a lot of inconvenience, downtime and puzzling.

Can anybody please enlighten?

Thank you.

Thank you Aliia, have renamed the install folder. Any idea why this happens? Is it like spammers attacking the site?

Shreya, we were not able to detect why this happened since we were not able to reproduce the issue.
Not necessarily spammers, most likely when something gets crashed within the database.

Our website is once again inaccessible. Checked server status, there is no problem that end.

We had the same problem last night (re-install the website page appearing).

Any idea why this is becoming frequent?

We were hoping the upgrade would resolve the problem but no such luck. Once again, we are getting the same page and our website is inaccessible.

Can someone from Oxwall please help? It is beyond funny now...

That seems something to do with your webhosting ,i would ask them to take a look at your log files.

delet your install folder off the server ,and also run a repair of you database.deactivate all your mods ,and activate them one at a time

Shreay, as suggested by Pete, check your log files.
Right now your site seems to be working.

Thank you Pete and Aliia. It is a bit too technical (running repair on DB, deactivating mods - what is mods) but will have a go.

At the moment we are up. Fingers crossed it stays that way :-).
