Allow members to upload their pictures to contest. And then when the contest ends, the system will pick a winner from the photos submitted based on the highest voted.

Need to setup cron job correctly to update contests in the background. ** Features: Users have the ability to post a description, a start and end date and time(members are not able to add pictures) before or after the start and end times. All contests are categorized with friendly urls. Members are able to invite their friends to compete in the contest. All site users are able to vote for their favorite photo. Contest owner/moderators are able to delete inappropriate photos. Contest owner/moderators are able to message all contestants. Ability to create a new contest based on user role. Users are able to share the contest to Facebook, Twitter, etc. (using Social share plugin) Contest owner gets notification when a new photo is added to his/her contest. Contestants/winner will get the notification when the contest completed.
