You can charge to people all over the world but you have to be from an available country to be able to have an amazon account.

If you already have an Amazon Payments account then this plugin is for you, if you don't have an AmazonPay account please read all the docs before you buy the plugin. Amazon Pay is not the same as Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Amazon Pay (also know as Amazon payment provider) is currently available to: USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Portugal, Hungary, Denmark, Japan.

In the settings form you can enable the sandbox mode to test your payments with Amazonpay in your Oxwall or Skadate website.
